Team Volunteer Request Form- Bike Build 2007

This signup sheet is for volunteers who are interested in being put on the stand by list. Submission of this form does not confirm you as a volunteer. If space opens up at the build, we will notify you and send you a confirmation number.

This submission form is for Team Leaders only. If you would like to submit a team, please limit your number of volunteers to 10 or less. All teams are encouraged to bring a pop-up canopy and/or banner which you may set up in your designated building area. Your team application will be reviewed and approved by TurningWheels for Kids and confirmation will be sent to the team leader. Team Leaders are responsible for distributing information, updates and forms for the build sent out by TurningWheels to each of your team members. Team Leaders will also be responsible for ensuring his/her team is bringing the necessary tools and equipment.

A pizza lunch will be provided to volunteers for a $1.00 per slice. Would your team be interested in purchasing lunch? (Coffee and Bagels will be provided for your team in the morning, and a beverage provided with your pizza lunch.)

Would your team be willing to provide a tax-deductible, strictly voluntary donation to TurningWheels For Kids? 100% of donations go towards purchasing bicycles.


By the way! Come down and join us at the Discovery Museum on November 3rd for some good times, delicious food, music, bingo and beverages before we buckle down to work at the build!
